THE MOST HOLY & GLORIOUS TRINITY

Today I celebrated and preached at St. Alban’s, Romford  as Father Roderick, who is the newly elected Mayor of Havering’s Chaplain, had to attend a Civic Service in the Church of St. Edward the Confessor, Romford. I used the illustration of an egg for the Trinity, in my sermon and managed crack an egg into its three component parts with out making a mess.

After Mass I headed back to St. Augustine’s to enjoy coffee but more importantly to pick up Ann who travelled to church on the bus from St Augustine’s as she was on duty today as a server. As the price of petrol has escalated so much we try our very best to only ever use one car, and only then when we can’t, for one reason or another, use public transport. Our bus passes are proving to be very valuable.
